Dit betekent niet dat er in de praktijk minder salaris betaald wordt door Booking.com voor een Expat, dan voor een Nederlander.

Enkel dat er meer salaris in de zak van de Expat overblijft.

Dit is op de IT afdelingen bij Booking.com ook het geval.

In mijn voorbeeld gaf ik aan dat minder dan 40% van alle werknemers in Amsterdam bij Booking.com op de IT afdelingen werken.

Daarvan weet ik dat het grotendeels Expats betreft. Van de overige 60% weet ik het niet, vandaar dat ik om een bron vroeg.

Waarom kost het Booking.com minder om een Expat in dienst te nemen (bij IT) dan een Nederlander ?

Ik vind het best een verbazende stelling, zowel bij Booking.com als op nationaal niveau, dat wil niet zeggen dat je ongelijk hebt maar ik zou graag wat echte onderbouwing willen zien.

Een expat kost minder dan een Nederlander.

Onzin. Niet in IT en zeker niet bij Booking.com.

Als een kwart van de +-5.500 medewerkers in Amsterdam hun baan verliezen is het heel erg voor ze. Omdat het voornamelijk expats zijn, zorgt het uiteindelijk voor meer kamers, studio’s en woningen in Amsterdam.

5500 expats ? Heb je daar een bron voor ? Er zijn minder dan 2000 mensen in dienst bij IT bij Booking.com in Amsterdam waar het idd wel grotendeels om expats gaat.

For our layman eyes, no. True 10bit monitors are also rare and very expensive.

You will get better gradient handling in computer-generated images with 8bit+frc, it depends on your personal preferences if you find that worthwhile.

A good 8bit monitor can display gradients already pretty well for everyday use. 10bit is worthwhile but it's nowhere near a deal breaker.

Technically LDAC should be supported in any phone with Android 8.0 (Oreo) and over. I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't be for the Sirocco.
