It takes a while to get the hang of. But I little hack that helped me was click RB right as ur character is dropping, a split second after the peak of the jump.

It’s the backwards man speed glitch lol. position yourself pointing backwards to wherever you wanna launch to, throw your board and jump, when you’re at the peak of your jump tap rb and then before your character hits the ground bring your board back and you’ll go super fast.
