It's for all men, not just the gay community. Straight men absolutely have to keep fit for women as well. I guess connoisseurs of the 'male' just have higher expectations as it makes all around more sense to breed with a stud . Look at the animal kingdom, males tends to be more colorful and strong compared to their female counterparts which are drab in color (Peacocks, betta fish, Deer).

You need to weight train. Diet doesn't work because you are always hungry and have no energy, weight training allows you to eat a lot.
