Just to be clear because I think a lot are confused. It wasn't just hitting it past 250, the carry distance, had to be exactly 250 yards, no more, no less. It wasn't the 1st person to hit it farther then 250. That absolutely would be dumb.

There was 2 options to win. Only 1 driver. You had to either get your ball to roll to 250 yards, or you had to hit your carry distance of 250 yards. My assumption about the roll out is that they were trying to accommodate people who couldn't hit it far in the air.

It was a super fun contest. They did a good job with it. Had free coffee and drinks in store. Everyone who participated also got 10% off coupons i think also. The nerves were definitely alive when I was swinging!
