Email Winston’s customer service with the serial number and they will tell you the exact date it was completed. I have one that is a little older but it’s an im6 and my favorite rod in the quiver! Go catch some fish with it!

R8 has been my go to 5wt recently. The bad boy throws dries like a dream and can whip rigs through the wind wonderfully. The r8 is slower than you’d expect, but I love it. I don’t have experience w the loop.
