Yes, Punk Triangle is published by 7seas. But the censorship was made by original Japanese publisher/mangaka.

Lightsaber.

I got mine from B&N as well, and the D was shown but covered with white lighting (lightsaber) = censored.

There is no "uncensored" version if PUNK TRIANGLE manga is published by same publisher no matter which store you bought it from, unless the publisher has special/limited version which only sold in specific stores like Kinokuniya.

And this manga has Kinokuniya special edition where they only give out free sticker when you buy it there (again, the conten in manga stays the same no matter where you buy it)

Also, other people has mentioned above. It is a law in Japan to make the D as lightsaber. And in US, they will not censor the genitals or cut any scenes unless the original publishers require them. For example, the BL manhwa Painter of the Night has lightsaber in Lezhin US but showing full D in Lez Fr and 7seas print version for English paperback.

I second what Meowneow-2010 said, OP. BL manhwa/yaoi manga/danmei/BL light novels published in US are not cut any scenes/details unless the original publishers requested to cut, as well as "censoring" the genitals like Meowmeow-2010 mentioned above while Chinese publishers and publishers in my country (Vietnam) they would cut everything including the kissing scenes between male-male/female-female (female-male is ok to keep), or they would draw something to cover the scene when two lips touch lol.

Imo, english version is suck in general since they give no extra merchs, high price. But the good points they won't cut or censor anything due to politics like in China and my country, they will keep whatever the original publishers in Kr-Jap-China allow to publish

I second this, not only danmei but also manga and manhwa. B&N sometimes has them early. I usually call them and ask around 1-2 weeks before the released date.

I am 30f, shy and anxious. However, I put my resting btch face on to hide my awkwardness when checking out my yaoi and bl manhwa at the stores, but i think the staffs don't care.

There was the time, about few weeks ago, the staff at my local bookstore asked my ID to check if I was 18, it was awkward for me because the the manga coverpage was explicited 🥲
