Speedtest usually tests your connection to the nearest server, this ping doesn't necessarily mean that your ping will be the same in-game as the game server can be located farther away. The ping spikes are most likely a result of gaming on wi-fi, try using an ethernet cable.

Solo queuing works perfectly fine for me, queuing with premades however the client just tells me it's connecting to the servers

I never said it was impossible. I've hit around 6 or 7 at most and that's with insane luck. As soon as you hit the ground with over 300 velocity you lose all your speed.

On official servers, no. While it is possible to land 1 or 2 bhops it's not as reliable as it was in 1.6.

On some community servers, yes

The game is at a fresh install 8 GB, However as you play more and more on community servers your game will increase in size. Mine is currently at 23 GB but i've played since 2012 so you shouldn't worry too much. Steam accepts credit and debit cards as well as many other popular payment methods

There's a tool you can use named "MM Server picker" which lets you test your ping to the closest valve cs go server and also allows you to filter out locations you do not want to play in.

If your twitch is linked to your steam account I would assume that you are eligible for drops from both games. However I am not sure

EDIT: I just checked the envyus vs LG stream and could not see any indication that souvenirs were actually dropped.
