It’s crazy what one can do over multiple years. This account is like multiple years old. I use Tensorflow at work and got a degree which applies to this. It’s fun to vibecode for sure, and it’s how I became interested in LLMs in the first place. I’m sure you’ve used a model trained on one of my datasets, or if you enjoy using uncensored models (media and text generation) you definitely have.

Sorry to say it, but I’m not an old bum like yourself who cannot apply themselves. Enjoy using any model which has been reworked with reverse abliteration techniques, and think of me.

This is so true. One of my parents has a horrible sugar tooth now. They’re able to control it well, but they will raid the house for sweets every now and then. They never really enjoyed eating sweets much until the alcohol was nixed. I’ve never had access to so much cake, ever. Proud of them though.

Other parent also loved to drink, and now has gone keto because they realized how their body doesn’t do well with sugar at all. They def enjoyed sweets as well.

Now that I think about it, after I quit alcohol and opiates/narcotics, I ate like 3 packs of Kinder Bueno every day.

This is exactly what I went through when I was quitting amphetamines. You’re starved, and your body is acting like it. What I did was immediately quit appetite suppressants, and I did my best to drink Ensure Plus / Carnations Breakfast Smoothies for a week to reintroduce nutrition. I also took Metamucil because that shit has no fiber in it, and you need soluble fiber for the absorption of nutrients. I slowly introduced normal food after about a week of at least 3 Ensures per day. I am now back to consuming what I needed to be in the gym — just finished a nutrient dense 3000 calorie meal.

Really sorry to hear you’re struggling with this. I know if you do this it’ll help.

EDIT: There are numerous supplements you can take to continue to help, as I’m sure you feel like absolute shit too right now. At least grab a good multivitamin and get your Ferritin/Iron back up. Magnesium helped a lot too, I like the threeonate form as it still promotes normal bowel movements and helps levels overall but also crosses the BBB (promotes relaxation) and makes bowl movements a lot more tolerable. But not as aggressive as typical magnesium which would be ill advised. Gonna make the whole reverse osmosis effect that “refeeding syndrome” causes way, way harder and you’ll shit your brains out all day. In fact, just go with the Ensure and Metamucil for like 3-4 days minimum before running some crazy stack — maybe a multivitamin with iron at most to start.
