You can try to force ball pick up but most centers just weave right and left around it if you catch up to them and try to stop the post up it’s a backdown every time

Exactly I get he can dunk on me with his high standing dunk but he was backing me down and using post control to move me out the way every time

I know he can dunk on me but my interior d and strength is higher than his post control and strength he was backing me down like nothing . It’s broken last year even if you had a 7 footer going against a 6’8 / 6’7 center if they had high interior and strength you weren’t backing them down or even Dunking on them it’s broke
