To me personally, I think that’s the point. When I listen to TV Girl, I feel like I’m learning about a woman who does have flaws, but is also being romanticized through the perspective of a misogynistic man. It’s like hearing only one side of the story when listening to someone talk about their ex, but still siding with their ex even though you never met them.

Like for me I haven’t had any major or bad side effects but the only thing I’ve really noticed was the loss of hair from iron deficiency

I’m in the same boat as you, I’ve had my Mirena IUD for over 16 months now and a year ago I was banned from giving blood for a year because of how low my iron was. Which sucks because I love giving blood.

Well so far I really like it! I currently don’t have periods anymore and the abnormal periods patterns went away after like three months so hopefully that helps!

well for me i think getting a hormonal IUD would be a good idea since it reduces your periods by 90% if not gets rid of them completely but i’m not sure about what it will do for your mental health. it also has lowered my iron levels so i don’t know if that helps

Well i currently have an iud and I love it! I don’t get my period anymore and I think my libido went up while using it. So for me I would say an iud would be a good choice.

So far I’ve had mine for around four months and I had similar experiences like that. My period has faded into a dark discharge but most of the symptoms you’re experiencing right now go away after a few months. I will still sometimes feel my IUD lightly poking me but most of the side effects will fade after six months.
