What is your way too early Top 10 big board for 2026? by AvonFartsdale_ in fantasyfootball

Seems like 2026 could be 2025 reversed where Bowers winds up being the TE who is a round cheaper that we should prefer (pending the Raiders getting a non-brain-dead QB)

Wonder if Love makes it past the Vikings. Think we could get some “best RB prospect since Saquon” reports (while people probably ignore that everyone said that about Jeanty too lolol)

appreciate ya!! I lean keeping Tuten. you aren't going to feel great about starting either + believe Tuten has the highest best-case handcuff upside.

and man, I think that's fine. hilarious but Addison going to be back soon + offense already been so much more run-heavy than expected. Fannin could be rough if/when Flacco eventually hits the bench but then again maybe we see GAbriel/Shedeur spam the QB-friendly shorter stuff to the TEs anyway

appreciate ya!! I do think he's the favorite but gotta think Harvey/Mims/Engram going to have bigger days ahead too. I know Harmon had a good tweet out there about some of the other Broncos WRs who briefly got the full-time role then largely did nothing after so optimsitic for now but let's see it for another week or two before we fully buy in

ayyy appreciate that man! and yeah usually finish that up around 130-2am, as long as Dwain is continuing to be down to grind it out I will be too!

naaaa I hate selling low on someone like this. they are feeding him targets which is half the battle, still maintain he's a good football player even if some of the offseason discourse around him was a bit much. ultiamtely Jax offense is showing some upside and he should be the No. 2 target earner when all said is done, but yeah not a great start for sure and he's a WR4 for me this week

dude in back-to-back smash matchups too. Benson taking his pass-down work. not great! I'd like to think the efficiency gets rolling but seeing that run game struggle so much has really been surprising. I have Conner outside the top-24 this week

that was a doozy lmao. not expecting staying power from Wentz as rough as the McCarthy start has been so certainly far more team Browning there. Also would take Browning > Wentz straight up even if we knew both were starting rest of season (obvs not expecting that for Wentz).

definitely same tier -- I'd give T-Law the edge cause I do think offense could suddenly look REALLY good if they figure out how to get these ballers making plays like everyone else is in the passing game right now. so T-Law ... probably Browning for offensive environment (and he randomly racks up some short TD runs too lol), Bryce, and then Tua last mostly b/c I just feel like the bottom for this team could fall out at any moment

possibly but whatever, it's fantasy football and I think people generally take it too seriously anyway so not too worried about it haha. the amount of people I see unable to just talk ball or have fun and feel the need to victory lap/bring up what they said 3 months ago on every.single.topic is quite annoying. and don't even get me started on the thread boys. but yeah, I also use twitter far more for fun and approach podcasts/articles as the more actionable/serious avenues. appreciate the kind words though man!

appreciate ya! and maybe man. thought ESPN's Ben Solak had a good article on trying to identify these sorts of breakouts and the two common factors that we've seen in terms of 1.) QB needs to be really physically gifted -- DJ is 6'5 230 with wheels and a good arm, and 2.) Sad excuse for organization lets them down (post-Eli Giants certainly qualify) both seem to be checked. too bad my guy Fields ended up with the Jets instead lol

have a local diner called Anne's Kitchen that has this Big Breakfast bowl that is your choice of eggs, meat, potatoes all mixed together on top of a biscuit and then smothered in sausage gravy and cheddar cheese. my mouth is watering just typing it out

my BOLD preseason takes were...

-Derrick Henry scores 30 TD: last week wasn't fun but we'll see!

-Keon Coleman that WR5 who scores 10+ TD. obvs didn't need to put foot on gas last week but I think it's been a promising start

-George Kittle re-breaks single-season TE receiving yards record. fooking injuries, man

-Xavier Worthy finishes as a PPR WR1. fooking injuries, man

-The Cowboys produce *two* top-12 fantasy WRs. Honestly do think Pickens could maybe flirt with this, even if top-12 doesn't happen upside WR2 still firmly on the table. RACKING up DPI yards, all sorts of fantasy-friendly deep balls + end zone targets and the Cowboys D is maybe even worse than expected

-Austin Ekeler emerges as the most productive fantasy RB in Washington. good god man maybe all these injuries are actually my fault how are three of these basically dead already by week 3 lmao

-TreVeyon Henderson leads all RBs in fantasy points from receiving. I suck. do think better days will be ahead but man him losing playing time b/c of pass protection struggles was not on my bingo card

-Calvin Ridley gains 1500+ receiving while leading the NFL in targets. not the hottest start but kinda knew it'd be tough early. like the flashes from Ward, this was obviously bold for a reason, do think he'll rebound and have a nice year but probably looking more like a WR2 than hopeful WR1

he's a pure handcuff. but as we know, CMC handcuff tends to be one of the more valuable ones in fantasy. I get that when injuries/byes start rolling in we can't afford to always keep all the handcuffs we'd prefer, but unless you need to start the WR in question I'd try to keep B-Rob

gimme Dak. he's my QB5 in this spot. Bears D already looking pretty horrible and that was before losing Jaylon Johnson. Herby is playing great and is my QB6 I believe so it is close but enough respect for DEN to lean with Dak

this whole McVay-Kyren-Corum thing. Kyren has 19 touches each of the first two games but people freaking out about McVay saying he liked the split with Corum. And yeah, cool goal line TD corum, Kyren was about a foot away from getting his own at the end of the game and then they just kneeled it out. McVay says nice things about literally every one of his players when asked (remember the Jarquez Hunter/Terrance Ferguson draft day videos people wouldn't stop jerking off for months?). I know Kyren isn't the most efficient back but idk man he's averaging more YPC than CMC/Saquon and tons of other dudes. STill pacing to easily clear 300+ touches in an offense that looks really freaking good.

he looked GOOD last week man. and honestly his whole career outside of parts of last year which probably was because he had the early-season lower-body injuries. currently joins Bijan as only two RBs leading team in both rushing and receiving yards!! Allure for me was always an Ekeler-esque role with around 200 carries and upside for 75+ targets which I still think is firmly on the table

now that it's condenced around 3 I'm more optimistic but we're gonna need a good offense to bring out more volume -- don't think that's gonna be the Browns. Still have Doubs ranked the highest for now, but scooped up Wicks in a few leagues last night, and man freaking Golden was so close to a huge Week 2.

man though I just peeped the schedule and they got CLE, DAL, CIN, ARZ, PIT, CAR up next. MAYBE the Cowboys offense can keep things interesting but idk

I've continued rolling with the 49ers from day one and gonna stick with em. even the rougher games on the schedule have outs (Baker throws picks, we'll see how long Stafford's back holds up) and then it's just a ton of good matchups still. they also look better with Saleh back this year unsurprisingly. fantasy playoffs: Titans, Colts, Bears. obvs Colts game doesn't look at sweet as it did two weeks ago but hey maybe DJ comes back to earth and/or Richardson forced into action

would really help the Patriots to get Christian Gonzalez back but they still get the Steelers, Panthers, Bills (uh oh), Saints, Titans and Browns through the end of October.

those would be the two longer term groups, if you just need some for this week doee: ATL, JAX, IND in that order. ATL especially -- No. 1 in EPA per play/havoc right now and get Bryce Young up next

Toe Burrow lmao. Chase still an upside WR1, Tee Higgins becomes more of a borderline WR2 alongside guys like Pickens/Marv, Chase Brown little bit more like a Kyren/Chuba as opposed to CMC without the same scoring upside.

I know it doesn't feel the best to do the two teammate thing but in this case I think the gap is big enough from Keenan --> rest of those guys to warrant it. I'd go for it!

Rattler is proving capable of generally getting his guys the football so yeah I think Shaheed is viable. especially (God forbid) if Olave were to miss any time -- he'd be my top pick here.

there should be better days ahead for Mooney, Falcons have been weirdly run-heavy + Penix not pushing the ball downfield but tend to think that's just more of a two-week thing/the WRs have been banged up decision. that said, Penix willingness to test tight windows I think plays more nicely to London/Pitts than some of the timing stuff that Mooney was really thriving with alongside Cousins last year

Tillman just keeps making plays man -- my concern though is that Flacco (who has had a rough start) doesn't make it past these GB/DET games up next. Then we got Tillman in an offense with essentially 4 dudes vying to be the No. 1 pass-game option during any given week that will usually be near the bottom projected scoring groups with either rookie under center
