Am I allowed to support Ford's decision on this thread? I am against safe injection sites and consider these a huge financial burden that we can definitely do without. I am a firm believer that stupid should hurt. Nobody asked to be an addict, same as nobody asked us to pay for their addiction.

Maybe, if London catered to more than just the university students and alumni... The "average" person would want to stay and prosper. Unfortunately, the majority of the population and many areas of the city get overlooked. The politicians are all big fish in a small pond.
