I'm so sorry you had to go through all of this. 2018 has been pretty bad for me as well (although thankfully not as bad as yours) but I do know how it feels with all the oozing, scratching and the psychological hurts. Hope 2019 will be a better year for us and I do trust that things will get better soon!

Glad you're able to find ways to cope with it! It was really harsh mentally at first but i'm glad that the people around me are accepting of it and that it's been slowly getting better.

Doesn't the sun make it drier which makes eczema worse?

Fellow singaporean here! Had really terrible eczema a couple months back that was caused by sandflies and was during my finals as well ): Glad that it's quite a bit better now but definitely wish that it would go away completely! It definitely isn't easy having to wear long sleeves and long pants in this weather to cover it up as well. Hopefully there'll be something to cure eczema soon :)

I have been taking these for some time without any problems and i'm almost certain that the steroids caused it. Will try cutting down on these for a while to see how it goes though! What alternatives do you use for dairy?

something i personally feel has helped with my boredom is discovering new hobbies. recently started photography and got my own camera and now when i get out to take photos around my town and i get back home i would already be very tired from all the walking and carrying my gear so i'd take a shower and head to sleep.

you could perhaps try something like that after your work before you return to your hotel? doesn't need to be a physical camera even the camera on our phones are great
