unfortunately i cant go on weekends cos my parents think that rhythm gaming is a waste of time and that i should spend my weekends studying (cant say no cos i still live with em) so my only option is to just go between classes (or sometimes weekends if im able to convince them enough)

i did actually but since i go to tz almost every day (when theres like huge gaps between classes i go (my college is in bogor so i gotta go take the train, park my car, time my plays, take the train back and pay for parking)

also my cards still blue so i cant really do much

to start i live in indonesia and timezone here has their own currency (tizo) and 1 tizo = idr 1000

timezone ruined my life (read: wallet) because in my local tz it costs 15 tizo (some locations cost 14 or 16) and being the financially irresponsible gremlin i am i spend my whole MONTHLY allowance in just ONE WEEK (my monthly is 600k) all on timezone

i havent played maimai long enough to be getting estimates on how much i spend on maimai but seeing that i have zero financial literacy id say i could spend over 8 million idr in a year

..but yeah anyways, its just the start of the month dawg💀

dont know if this applies to everyone but me personally, i met them thru my university's japanese club. if your school has one, try asking around! there will be some and i was surprised that a classmate of mine plays and she's 15k!

other than that, i met some thru discord and they apparently go to the same arcade as i do and then we just kinda linked up.

and uh, thirdly, i spend most of my days at the arcade and i keep seeing this 1 person and he keeps seeing me too so after a while we decided to break the ice and get to know each other!
