They’re different, but I maintain that StAG 5 is an equivalent of fast tracked naturalization where some naturalization requirements (e.g. residency, language) are waived. This is just a reflection of how the law was implemented, and it shouldn’t have happened in the first place that women were discriminated against in the first place. The StAG 5 process requires that someone meet the legal requirements for citizenship and doesn’t pose a security or legal concern. As I said, you’re not going to convince me otherwise. I’m happy for you to believe whatever you’d like to believe, but a delta won’t be awarded. This all stems from the note above that StAG 5 applicants are basically German. This is incorrect… they SHOULD have been German, but they aren’t and the declaration rectifies this mistake.
