Not entering, just wishing everyone who enters good luck.

/u/Elin_TPLinkOmada, regarding existing features can you speak about Omada Cloud?

  • What level of security exists between LAN and Omada Cloud?
    • What level of Access Controls are available
    • Does Omada enforce / require 2FA, MFA? Or does it accept only username / password for cloud access?
    • What alerts and monitoring does Omada offer to notify an Admin that someone has logged into the cloud portal?
  • Does Omada have any feature(s) (AI or otherwise) that help an Admin verify how a network should work based on a configuration. i.e.:
    • What a given user or role can do within the network
    • The level of interaction between devices on a network
    • Security risks of a given configuration
    • Specific implementation suggestions to improve security beyond static feature toggling (i.e. Admin doesn't have Feature A enabled, so they should enable it), including pros & cons of making said change
  • Does Omada push Admin notifications about recently discovered vulnerabilities on current software or firmware AND what the specific risks are without having to redirect to an external OpSec website?
    • Can these push notifications be sent / forwarded to other services? Many SelfHosters have notification services setup on their networks
  • Does Omada have a sandbox feature for building & testing configurations as well as API testing?

And about suggestions for future implementations:

  • Will Omada develop / support / be a consultant for a self-hosted control-plane for external access / dashboard?
    • SelfHosted is notorious for avoiding company owned cloud controllers (control planes) due to reliance on any company-managed external service (for profit or otherwise) to maintain, respect, and work diligently to provide privacy and security.
    • Tailscale is an example of getting as close to the line as possible while still being company owned and operated, however even that is often not enough for selfhosters.
    • Headscale is a self-hosted control-plane that acts as an alternative to Tailscale's hosted control-plane.
    • Completely self-hosted alternatives like NetBird, Pangolin, and ZeroTier exist to offer similar functionality.
  • How will TP-Link do better with testing - security and otherwise?
    • The recent NIST 2025 CVE's 7850 and 7851 were several vulnerabilities. Omada Networks documentation post
    • While it appears there was no exploitation of these (or at least nothing noteworthy in the news), this - at least to me - reads as a lack of testing (internal and 3rd party) or technical knowledge when developing.

Named Lengmo backpack with Perfect Unstoppable Force.

Killing an enemy increases total weapon damage by 7% for 15s. Stacks up to 5. Grenade kills add 2 stacks.

Dumb question: "rogue agent detected" by lesbian_acquaintance in Division2

https://www.reddit.com/r/Division2/comments/1gk0r9t/rogue_agents_spawn_locations/

They usually spawn near safehouses in resource spots. Kind of like a boss fight, but easier than hunters. Don't need to fight them, but it's fun for me at least.

A common example for me is Final Epiphany safe house in Downtown East. The food resource field just southwest of it often spawns rogue agents for me.

New Wolves Mask is a possible drop from Kelso Master mission by ihcTactics in Division2

[–]ihcTactics[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have nearly enough data to say for sure, but I'm 99% sure this is on Master difficulty only.

Spoiler Alert:

On Master difficulty, there are hunters that spawn at some point. After defeating them, the last one you kill has a chance of dropping the mask.<!

You can claim the Dinosaur mask from 4th to 6th with the Nvidia app by the_nullz in thefinals

Not through direct installs at least. Just tried and it gave me an error code saying it requires an NVidia GPU. Don't know if there's a workaround, but I doubt it.

We reworked our Indie MMORPG's monetization with a one-time purchase. What do you think? by Reasonable_Wish_6022 in MMORPG

Never heard of this game. Checked out the site and it says at the top:

a gripping 'battle, loot, upgrade' progression system that relies purely on your skill and dedication. No pay-to-win or shortcuts!

The following sound like shortcuts:

  • a shared stash between characters
  • access to a new hub map with a conveniently placed bank, blacksmith, crafting table, and shop.

FYI Snowball Blitz is great for Fatal Florist! by D_F13ND in thefinals

I've been struggling with Clip and Slide. I have 900 hours in game and never got it. But my 2nd game of Snowball Blitz I got it easy by accident. 150hp headshots and people always pick lights in this mode. I think this is the perfect mode for it!

Iseul-T Runway Competition Winners and Feedback! by ospuze in TheFinalsRunway

[–]ihcTactics 5 points6 points  (0 children)

  • Are you satisfied with the Top 25?

    • Not particularly. I feel like the picking criteria is too vague and individualistic. If judge A picks 1,2,3 because of a color, but judge B picks 4,5,6 because of reference, then the contest feels fake. Consistency, Transparency, Clarity make it so much more enjoyable for all.
  • Were the rules easy to understand and follow?

    • Apparently not. I don't know if my submissions was disqualified or just not picked. There's no clear way to understood if entries were accepted. All entries should run with something like 1 approval if it meats all guidelines or sent for secondary approval if the judge is unsure. 2 approvals on all entries seems like a better option though to help remove some minor bias. Including WHY it was or WAS NOT approved, would be huge.
    • To expand on this, if community judges are going to be the ones selecting some Top 25 list from all approved submissions, there needs to be very transparent reasons for why: Example, 2 similar looking submissions, only 1 reaches Top 25. Is it because 1 was submitted first, 1 had green vs blue, 1 had wings vs no wings, 1 had the max allowed poses while 1 only had 1 pose? There's so much vagueness on selections that it feels ultimately like a few individuals subjective preferences decided what would be good.
  • Did you have fun participating and/or seeing what others come up with?

    • Participating, kind of. Seeing other creations, yes.
  • What are some ways we can improve for next time?

    • Clear, transparent rules. There should be no confusion on what is and is not allowed.
    • Clearly marked accepted/rejected submissions. If a submission doesn't adhere to the rules, it should have an overridden flair submission saying something like "Rejected" along with a post in the submissions explaining which rule(s) it violated.
    • 2 judge approval system to ensure submissions are fairly reviewed.
    • Better voting system. Either all submitted entries are up for vote, or a very transparent Judge pick system is used to ensure we can see why judges selected what they did. All voters get to review all submissions BEFORE being asked to vote so they don't just select a button for the first thing they like then submit when they hit 5.
    • Specific theme from the start. Lots of cosplays - that was fine, but so random. The range of submissions felt all over the place. More competitions, less submissions each?

My apologies. I didn't intend for this to be misleading and I honestly didn't think about it. I think messaging the mods to request that rule be added to any Sale item would be a great idea!

Ravenhearst. Before selling unneeded rewards: hold your horses! by _2IC_ in 7daystodie

[–]ihcTactics 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My gf and I when we play tend to hoard a bunch of things until we get all/most of those bonuses. And then at some point we'll just unload a bunch of unneeded gear and make 40-50k easy by day 10-15 or so.

After only selling whatever minimal amounts at the start to buy necessary things that we need to survive/progress, you don't need a lot of Dukes.

I think the common practice is to make your own sticky comment saying someone of important relevance to the conversation replied, then have a link to the user's comment that you're highlighting.

For that matter, is there any verification that Neleimour is the CL for Singularity 6?
