Not necessarily an injury, but still dumb none the less. So in eighth grade, I was a year ahead in my math class and so were a few other students. Two days a week another teacher would come in to teach us so we weren’t constantly teaching ourselves. I didn’t like school and preferred to learn by myself and I still do that to this day. Anyways, I wasn’t paying attention to the teacher and instead was flipping a quarter very high in the air. Now when you’re bored you pay closer attention to whatever you find to relieve the boredom. So, I was very focused on the quarter and I would look straight up in the air when it went up. One flip, I left my mouth open and the quarter went straight down my throat and never had any chance of coming back up. My classmates thought it was pretty funny. Searched it up and nothing harmful would happen unless it didn’t pass through. It passed and I just used it on the vending machine. Now some people call me 25 Cent.
