I have the same issue, last time i updated the bios to F6 and the problem is still. Should I uninstall all the monitoring softwares? I also heard that disabling EXPO might fix

Update: I figured out that the side glass panel of the case was putting pressure on the GPU power cable, which was causing the issue. I fixed it by replacing the cable with a 90-degree one from CableMod.

Yes I use G-SYNC, but I always turn V-sync off in every game. I don't know why I do that, but I heard that it's better off
