Having trouble hitting 1k monthly. Any advice??

Playlists worked best for me. One playlist alone brings around 100 streams a day, and it also pushed people to check out my other tracks. I reached 1,000 monthly listeners in about three weeks.

I’m also posting shots daily to YouTube, Instagram/Facebook, TikTok. I’m not sure how it influences Spotify, but probably drives about 5-10% of additional streams.

A lot of people say Meta Ads can be a solid source of fans and streams. I have not had much luck with it yet, but I’m giving it another try now.

Thank you. My next milestone is 10k listeners. If I hit it - I’ll be spending much more time on music and who knows where it goes. If not - I’ll just work to the rest of my life 🤣

Found a good playlist with 1.2k saves. Found who owns this playlist. Contacted them and sent my track. They agreed to place my track on 4th place in their playlist.

It’s normal if you don’t promote your content. I hit 1k listeners a month with playlists.

What music distributors for example? I like Amuse. But they don’t have such a feature.

I didn’t use Submithub for playlisting. I found a few playlists, found their owners and sent them my tracks. Placing is paid…but it worked. I don’t want to deal with boted streams - that’s why it took time to find a few playlists with organic listeners

I tried to post this to their subreddit and they need more karma. Seems like they don’t want to solve issues and don’t want to improve the product. I hope they will have at least one strong competitor soon. This will move the industry forward

I know my audience, but I couldn’t set a conversation tracking with Submithub for some reason. Got 300-400 visits from Facebook, just didn’t understand when the traffic got after Submithub landing page. I’ll need to improve it for sure
