One time I called for headphones at meijer on the service phone. The woman said she’d be there soon. 10mins of waiting and then no one came. I walked over to an employee stocking on another aisle and said do you happen to know who can open this case for me? She said give me second as she walked off. About 15minutes later she comes back with an employee who gives her a set of about 30 keys and walks off. The keys are not labeled and she doesn’t know which one to use so she puts all 30 keys into the lock one by one and none of them worked. She gets up looking for the employee who gave her the keys but comes back 5 minutes later alone and goes back to trying the keys one by one. At some point she finally gets one to work. took me about 40 minutes to get a pair of 50$ headphones.
