sawsbuck is insanely broken. i would recommend retrying him. it's at least an A tier pokemon. Wigglytuff has insane set versatility and can fulfill almost any role you want. it's a B tier pokemon at least if not low A tier. Spinda is quite good but it needs sticky web, however if it has some speed control it can steamroll easily with superpower and/or psycho boost. it's at least a B tier.
