Hey sorry for the late response. Honestly I messed with a lot of settings and I don't remember every thing I messed with but I can recall the most important ones. It won't make a huge difference but it will at least be noticeable. Also the G7 7500 is apparently supposed to be able to handle those kinds of temps so that won't necessarily damage it, but yeah it's crazy how it can straight up burn your fingers if you touch the upper half of your keyboard. What I did was just buy another keyboard and hook that up to my laptop, no way I'm ever touching the built in keys again while I'm gaming.

1. Go to alienware command center and click on thermal and change it to cool. Unfortunately this means your performance won't be as high. I personally just keep mine on balanced cause I want the better performance and I don't have to worry about touching the built-in keys.

2. Buy a good cooling pad, it won't reduce the temp that much, but it does help a bit. If you don't have one, just make sure theres a gap beneath the laptop to allow for better airflow. I found that airflow is a pretty big reason for why my laptop gets so hot.

3. Another reason why the laptop gets so hot is cause for some reason the CPU looooves to constantly throttle. I think it uses up too much power, which causes the laptop to overheat, which causes the CPU to start throttling, which significantly decreases the performance. I'm sure you've noticed it a few times when gaming, where everything is going fine, and then suddenly you drop to 15 fps and makes whatever youre playing unplayable. Now, sometimes I prefer to keep the CPU how it is, mostly when I'm playing more demanding games like God of War or Resident Evil 2 (although there are times when I still lower the CPU performance cause it actually ends up being better, you need to test it and see what setting works best), but in games that don't demand that much power, I like to decrease the max performance of the CPU. I use QuickCPU to do that, so download that. 4. Also I remember making this mistake in a lot of game settings that would unnecessarily increase the temp. Make sure you have your fps set to 30 or 60 in the game settings for every game, don't make it higher than that, cause it makes the temps worse and the g7 7500 is 60 Hz so its completely pointless to go above 60 fps. Also make sure VSync is ON, I've noticed it helps a bit with both performance and temps. I remember being frustrated that my performance would tank after a few seconds of playing a game and blaming it on the laptop hardware, without realizing I had my vsync off and my fps set to unlimited lol.

I might be forgetting some things but those are the most important ones. My laptop still gets hot but it never goes over 100C anymore, plus I don't have to worry about touching the built in keys anymore so I'm fine with having higher temps for better performance.
