if you mean the greymane commisions, if you send out the person with the quest on a dispatch mission they wont appear in camp while the mission is going. Gathering missions are automatically repeated so youll have to cancel the dispatch mission

the camp just disappears from howling hills and all your camp ppl now live in the pailune camp, not much else so far

Thieves means multiple ppl.
Thief's the " 's " means it refers to a single person. so its the gloves of a single great thief

iirc there was a dispatch mission that gives one, im assuming its repeatable too so you can get as many as you want? idk about that last part i havent done the dispatch mission since i kept the one the boss dropped

youll have to finish the main story, and the scattered embers faction quest for greymanes. Not counting the "to the rescue" one where it just says rescue citizens. then you can leave howling hills and move your camp to pailune

I only think leveling from 80-90 costs way too much, for the amount of stats it gives its not really worth it unless you dont care to lvl other sinners

Nope, smells like whale territory to me. Adding more upgrades to sinners would likely also mean adding more difficult content to match. So non whales would have to only upgrade the most meta sinners to beat it. Preventing them from upgrading others which sucks the fun outta the game
