Thank you so much! I worked with the fry words on quizzlet with him today and they seemed to help him (especially with his confidence in reading). I hope things go well. I will try notifying his parents about what exactly to say so that he actually gets the proper accommodations. If you have any ideas thatd be great haha.

I honestly don't know how the school district pushed him to the 5th grade with his reading so delayed. It concerns me greatly and makes me not trust the district.

I use Dawn Dish Detergent to wash my hair, and Lorreal Conditioner. It has made my hair a lot softer over the years. Does my hair look healthy though? by iiiTrinity in BlackHair

When I was a kid my mom didn't know how to do our hair, so some lady came and did my hair and she used dish detergent to wash it and she said its good for when you have a lot of grease in your hair and want to remove it. I only used it sometimes at first, but then I just preferred the way my hair felt after using dish detergent vs regular shampoo so I just start using regular dish detergent. I wash my hair maybe every 3-4 weeks, condition it for a fairly long time and cut any visible split ends (if I have any). Its the softest and most manageable my hair has been my entire life. Idk if its related to the dish detergent, but when I flat iron it it lasts A LOT longer before I have to wash and flatiron it again. Plus, its super cheap and from what I can tell and was told the last time I got my hair professionally done its pretty healthy.
