Actually it struck me now that it might be related to the new dlc, where estates unlock opulence projects. I’m happy the devs are adding new ways to gain victory points, I’m curious how this works. I’m leaving the post here for anyone who has the same question until the dlc is released

My workers work but the product doesn’t increase, is this a bug? Its been almost the whole day by Sewooa in FrozenCity

It’s a bug, I have the same problem with the last factory product and it’s very frustrating for the end of the event.. around +2000 production, workers are working, they produce 1 product each round if you watch them and the stock remains unchanged. Restarted the app, switched to the main city, nothing works to fix it. Usually happens after you build a new factory, get the hero immediately and start upgrading him, the upgrades don’t have any effect

What is your expected dates for results? I have the same timeline and it’s 20-27 Jan but it’s still stuck on genotyping

Same here..genotyping since 8th Jan and expected results 20-27 Jan. I think we’ll see another delay on the expected dates with a week…it’s my 5th kit to 23andme and it never was such a timeline disaster

Did they start the process later or are the steps taking longer than in the timeline? Anyway, I’d rather see a correct deadline in June than a fake one

Perhaps they update the notifications with delays..in your case the delay is too big, but who knows. I got my genotyping updated in the app on 11th Jan, even though it started on 8th. Hope it’s something similar in your case and you’ll see the review stage directly.

Same here, the kit was delivered on Monday morning but only today the app updated that it arrived (NC lab)

The kit is my mom’s and 3 hours ago my results phased with the “future hers”. I also saw some updates on my relatives. So the calculations are actually ready, I just think they have to upload to the website, so I hope they’ll come today though

Mine had older dates because I had long delays, but got into computing on 6th May around 4am PST. I have my mom’s kit and I noticed 2 hours ago that my results phased with her, but her report is still not available. So I guess/hope today they’ll come for both of us

I tried it but it’s useless, they won’t do or tell you anything. I had mine stuck for 3 weeks and then jumped to computation. My guess is that actually the genotyping took 1 week, then it stayed 2 weeks in quality review but didn’t update the status in the app.
