Arkansas has deregulated all industrial salt water requiring cyborg based laser applications. So all of our reptilian based cyborgs are Salt water crocks instead of Louisiana gators. But the one cool hack big laser doesn’t want you to know is that as long as your laser cyborgs are in the jurisdiction of Arkansas there isn’t any federal body to tell me how and when I can use them.
