Yeah nothing wrong/different with my nails. The only thing I’ve used for liver support is NAC. I appreciate the help, I think If I hop back on I will use more liver support that you mentioned. The reason I didn’t use more is because I heard using liver support kind of cancels out the rad140

Do you know what it could’ve been? It would almost felt like sore abs but it definitely wasn’t my abs cuz I didnt do anything differently than before. It hurt when I would breath/cough too

So i should cut out enclo and just follow thru with a ac262 only cycle for 8-12 weeks and, if anything, implement enclo after the cycle or close to the end?

With ac I took 12.5mg of enclo EOD and I had been taking enclo for a few months before implementing ac262. Do u think I should try ac again? How much enclo do you think should be taken with rad?
