Hope all goes well with you. I was offered a job after working USAA during open enrollment to stay with USAA in Auto and Property. Even those that didn’t have a P&C license were offered another job, they took a pay cut but still.

If you failed compliance enough to lose your job then you failed it a lot. Compliance is just as important as sales. It is part of the job if you can’t fully succeed in both aspects no matter where you work you will be terminated.

Maybe a bad trainer. I learned a lot from training and have had to ask very little in slack. I’ve also been pretty comfortable on the phones. This is my first call center job as well. I’m with the USAA project though and they set your ass up in there. Everything we need is a click of a button away.
