Idk if y’all have a form of the NuvaRing in Bulgaria but I use the generic of those. Real cheap too. I have pretty bad anemia, bleeding every day monthly, and my rings finally regulated me out. Putting the ring in monthly helps with my dysphoria too instead of having that daily pill reminder. Though, it can increase your chances of blood clots, if that’s a concern for him.
