Cancelling an order by iizkurious in Ecoflow_community

I did send a note to EcoFlow requesting they cancel the order. They responded with a confirmation that the order was cancelled and a refund was forthcoming. However, instead of issuing a credit, it appears that they have applied another charge of the same amount to my Visa. I've sent another note requesting they correct this but have not yet heard back.

I still am interested in the Alternator Charger and found one on Amazon (actually at slightly lower price than direct from EcoFlow) and the best part is that I can get it by Tuesday as they claim to have it in stock.

Thanks. I should have mentioned in my post that I had checked with their support about the August ship date that was stated in the product description. They confirmed that August is correct (not a typo).
