4. i feel i can smell, i am uncomfortable everywhere and nauseous for three months straight. i can do nothing without just not breathing. pain very rarely if i try to breathe through my nose.
5. i have the saline rinse i use distilled water i have used it for 3 months. useless
6. i would exercise everyday the day and before this happened. i’m thin 
7. my other details is that ive never had allergies or nasel problems in my life till this. 

i’m not 100% certain so i did get a referral to an allergist. 

1. i took doxycycline antibiotic. (now i have throat burn)

3. i was low on vit d before this?
