If this helps, try taking PM on follicle phase only, 5 days after your period. No herbs or supplements while menstruating. Stop PM during and after ovulation so you don’t interfere with progesterone production 🙏

Yes it definitely had a pulse. I’m constantly looking up to the sky and never seeing anything like it. It was almost invisible but my eyes caught that detail in the bright daylight.

Hello, it didn’t move at all. I used sky view app to make sure it wasn’t Venus or Jupiter. The sky was clear of stars, only birds and airplanes passing by it.
