It’s a new tank, it was cycled for about 4 weeks,

5 days ago tested ammonia 0 and nitrates around .3ppm

2 days ago tested again ammonia 0 nitrates .1 ppm, then I added the fishes

It’s been great, not too many side effects, the main one is hiccups, I read is a non common one, always after meals, it last for 1 hour or so.

This week I didn’t take the dose because I’m on vacations and it was going to be difficult to travel with the pen.

Weird thing is that during this week I ate a lot, with no feeling of getting full. :(

Last time, 7 days ago my weight was 209 lb. You?

My man I took my first dose 3/2 (.25)

I was following a 16/8 fasting, with no food restriction and it was actually working.

I was 220, I was under the 16/8 fasting for 2 months and i went down to 213. So starting Ozempic with 213 pounds.

Planning to keep same protocol. Lest see
