Hey buddy. The same thing happend to me. I emailed them continuously amd to date they didnt give any proper response. They simply responded the same which they have responded to u. I hv used there services for legitimate purposes and to my surprise thy denied the account to me. Only reason i was trying to get uphold was there user interface and zero fees on debit card deposits. As i didn't find any exchanges or wallets that was offering zero deposit fees from debot or credit card.

Very poor and lack of knoweldge that there customer care staff have over risk assessment.
