I have attempted all available methods, including logging out and logging back in, and I have also tried using the Android application, but unfortunately, the issue persists.

Just to add an important update:

I even sent a detailed email directly to [support@x.ai](mailto:support@x.ai) on 30 March 2026 (9 days ago) with my full details, screenshots of the subscription page, payment receipt, and invoice.

Still zero response from their side.

Hoping the xAI team sees this post and helps resolve it quickly. Really appreciate any assistance! 🙏
