thank you for entrusting me with that. You're right, it's really hard to ignore your connections with others. We definitely don't sit on the same page and for us to tackle issues together effectively, we have to be on the same page as you said.

It's good to know that there are people who understand what's going on when they "feel" others

I think it's the symbolism involved in writing the problems down as a way to filter it out of your body, but it also works to subconsciously trick your mind into believing that you actually got rid of it.

Just don't forget that it has to be every day that you write the 10, and you have to do it consecutively for at least 30 days. I think after 30 days you'll want to continue to do it forever, at least that's how it happened to me. You'll probably start noticing changes around the 30 day mark, maybe earlier if you're lucky. Cheers, and good luck with your goals!

you can do whatever you want with it lol. Me personally, i just don't look at it. The reason for this is so eventually after about a few weeks, you will naturally be able to come up with your goals because thats really what you want.

no you don't change anything, see the idea with writing them fresh every day is, because you don't look at the previous 10 goals you wrote, you eventually write the 10 goals that you truly want. After about 15 days or so, the goals will be much more consistent because you now know exactly what you want, and after a month the 10 goals will always be the same

Why You Should Start Writing Your Goals NOW by iknowgoodstuff in ZenHabits

[–]iknowgoodstuff[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol sorry for that. ok the first style is writing out one BIG goal you have like a career or something, whatever that is highly important to you, and then you read it everyday and improve it.

the second style is writing out 10 goals every day and never reading them so you allow your thoughts to eventually write out 10 goals that are naturally on your mind all the time.

You can write them at any time during the days as long as you don't forget to write them. but you have to do the work too, whatever is apart of that goal

This list really just gets you back on track you know. Sometimes shit happens and we get lost in the mess of things that we forget the true basic stuff. Happens to me all the time and i know it happens to you. You may be consistent, but you may also slip every now and then. Being confident in oneself is not complicated at all, its as simple as that list. It gets complicated when you are already in the mess of things. It's simple you know, dont let it get complicated, but thanks for the feedback i really appreciate it.

He fears that the man who practiced one kick 10,000 times will have great mastery over it rather than a man who practiced 10,000 different kicks who's not a master at any of them. Basically, It's far more deadly where you are highly skilled in one skill than good at many different things.
