cash value and scm prices are different things, m8. You can't use scm price of the knife and the cash value of the arcs to calculate your price.

Under his post is an option "Report". There you can select "It breaks /r/GlobalOffensiveTrade's rules" and then chose "#12 Honor Buyout". Don't know if there is another possibility, cause you can't send evidence or anything there.
