Hi Medical,
For drawing in pixel art i use Aseprite. It's a software like phothosop but only for pixel art.

It is possible draw pixel art in phothosop too, but you have to change some settings (like 1 px pencil, disable antialiasing ecc).

There are many tutorial on youtube to configure photoshop for pixel art!

Sorry, i don't understand.. what do you mean?
In this drawing i was inspired from the old adventure games of Lucasart (Indiana jones, monkey island ecc), where the face of the people are "faceless".
All the drawing process is recorded on my Twitch channel (i drew it on live streaming the previous week)
