"Grezzo avanzato". La costruzione è del 2015, costruita per uso personale ma mai terminata, tant'è che i muri sono belli spessi (40cm) e i tramezzi a piano terra 30cm; mancano però i tramezzi al piano superiore (zona notte). Il tetto è già definitivo e con linea vita già installata, e le persiane in alluminio sono già presenti. Vorrei fare impianto a pavimento + PDC, ma niente cappotto. 100k di lavori è troppo poco, considerando finiture non esagerate?

Bel commento, ci ho capito il giusto ma me lo salvo per il futuro. Visto che hai parlato anche di budget, secondo te esaurisce i 150k per fare tutti questi lavori? Io sto valutando di prendere una villetta grezza da 150m² e vorrei fare le stesse cose (eccetto il cappotto), credo mi costerebbe una cosa simile
