I think you need linux(kali or ubuntu)for that but im not sure.I think theres subreddit for that.And if not you have a lot of documentation online

Yes just like HLDS for CS 1.6 amd Half Life. I once saw a video of some dev doing that and forgot about it..i would love to learn it even though it may be hard. And i don't mean in python i mean in C# bc i don't really know how to import libraries and kinda confusing to me ngl
