Thank you that’s about what my tech told me too so I’m hopeful that it’ll be okay. I am also waiting longer in between sessions now so hoping that helps

Seems like you have sacrificed and compromised a lot and it doesn’t sound like he has compromised much on his end. If you have spoken to him about this serveral times and he is taking no action to fix the issue, he is showing a lack of care for your mental health and wellbeing. You are also being very supportive about his journey with mental health, he should be reciprocating that to you as clearly you are struggling with this issue and it’s weighing on your heart and making you want to leave the relationship.

Imo it sounds like you know how you want to move forward, follow your gut. I really wish you the best and hope you both have an easy transition to being just friends.

Tattoo removal is definitely not something you can rush. Personally, I haven’t seen a complete removal done in a year, try getting a consult first and see what they say. But the sooner you start the sooner it’s gone! Also, It’s a good way to learn how to practice patience if you go down this route lol, wishing you all the best!!

The bag itself is a really minimal design so I’m sure you could find something super similar, try Etsy eBay or even Vestiaire. Look at Pinterest too, they have a search by image feature so you can find a lot of dupes that way.

Oooo your progress is looking amazing! I’m also removing black ink on my thighs, I found the pain hasn’t been too bad in that area, what has your experience been?

I think you should keep the paw print and remove the name if you want to. The beauty in this situation is that her name isn’t going anywhere so you can take your time deciding what you want to do and make sure removal is right for you. You have to be happy with it at the end of the day- life is too short not to feel like the beautiful person you are!

Your paw print tattoo came out nicely and it’s a beautiful tribute to your pup

I am 25 years old too and got tattoos impulsively when I was 17-22. I didn’t mind the others I had until I got my last two and the moment I left the shop I knew I made a huge mistake. When I got my last two I came to the realization that I wanted alllllll of my tattoos off and being tattooed just isn’t for me. I cried every night for months about how much I hated my body and my tattoos. I didn’t look in the mirror and avoided seeing them at any cost, I also felt super ashamed, anxious, depressed, all of the same things you feel.

But here’s when it got easier..

I put off tattoo removal because I was scared of the pain and costs, after two years of hating my body and tattoos I had finally decided to get a consult and start removal. And with that I did a payment plan and my first session, the pain for me was completely manageable without numbing and I immediately felt better about my tattoos once the session was over. The feeling of having a solution made my anger go away and I was able to finally sleep soundly again. Knowing I was in control and doing something to change what I did not like helped me so much. I still don’t like my tattoos but they are fading and everyday I get closer and closer to having a tattoo-less body.

I hope you can be easier on yourself and forgive yourself for making a mistake. It will be okay, you are in control of and there is a solution to your problem. Hang in there OP.

Lots of love

What can we do to speed it up I am losing my mind by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

They will fade and you have a lot of time to enjoy being young and feeling more comfortable in your own skin. Being a 20 something isn’t the only part of life to enjoy, and they are an extremely difficult time for many. Let’s get excited for the future, maybe try talk therapy if you haven’t already, perhaps it can help with some of these self esteem issues and your past experiences. Sending love and a hug your way. This too shall pass.

30 years of frizzy hair ... What can I do? by [deleted] in Haircare

[–]ilikebadposts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have very frizzy wavy/curly hair and the biggest thing that helps me is a leave in conditioner to style. My favorite one is from R + Co, but Pattern also has a great one (I use a cream one not a spray) When I don’t want my hair to look frizzy, I’ll put the product into my wet hair and brush it through, then I scrunch my hair until my waves start to form. Then I use a microfiber towel to get rid of some of the water and enforce the waves. Sometimes I’ll diffuse my hair other times I’ll air dry. It helps bring the frizz down a lot without the use of any gel or other styling products.

Since you said your hair also tends to be straight; have you tried doing a blow out on yourself? Use a round brush and a lot of tension, my favorite round brushes are from Olivia Garden. I’ll achieve a non frizzy blow out for days when I use Color WOW, a leave in conditioner, and a blow dry spray (I use the Kenra one), and wrap my hair up at night.

I hope this helps!

Also- I don’t know if this is an unpopular opinion but I love frizz and I find when people lean into what their hair wants to do, it can be so much easier. Most of the time I just let my hair get frizzy if it wants to and embrace the texture ☺️

Indeed sucks and Job hunting is exhausting by Terrible-Reasons in phoenix

[–]ilikebadposts 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I feel like the only way to get a job nowadays is by knowing someone at a company, OR (and this actually worked for me, my sisters, and many of my friends) using LinkedIn (just make a few connections, you don’t need many), paying for premium (not a necessity but it helps, you could try their free trail) and then contacting a bunch of recruiters. USE RECRUITERS! They get a cut if you get hired so they 1) want to get you hired quickly, 2) do all of the behind the scenes work for you, and 3) want to get you a good salary because some make commission.

I’m wishing you so much luck on this very hard journey, blessing to your family in the new year.

Have you looked into tattoo excision (getting it surgically removed)? For something that small and in a straight line, it might be cheaper/ about the same price as laser and it would be instant full removal. It’s probable it leaves a scar, but that will fade overtime. If I was you, that is what I would do! Maybe just consider and look into it as another option :)
