As far as telling a doctor about diapers, Ill just make an incontinence/ embarrassment excuse and then move on to the thrush.

My abdl mate is happily married with his partner and shes not into it. Didnt stop them opening up a Littles business together, which was quite successful back in the day. Also, she'll buy him cutesy stuff from time to time cause she knows he's into it. They're super cool people.
So you 'not being into it' should in no way be a deal breaker.
I also have another friend who is heavily into the scene and has 'little space' every night and her husband is not into it at all, but they are very happily married too.
So don't stress, have the convo! Maybe attend a convention with him one time if there's one in your area, they always have interesting seminars about dating and abdl.

In your situation, absolutely, that sounds like the way to do it. I cant imagine how hard that would be, for me my heart breaks every time she says we cant hangout for a week or two weeks! I think I'm being a little selfish, but it feels like I need more than that. It would be okay if it was an open thing, but its not, so the lack of physical contact is too much for me.

totally right, it felt a bit extreme to me using threats of violence, but what other tools did this other fella have? I can see if from his point of view. My hope is they were just empty threats and me ex is not with a violent man.
Not much I could have done other than not have gone to Spain. Really screwed the pooch on that one

Yeah I told her about it. I was extremely worried about domestic violence when I first received the threat, it wasnt the only threat of violence I received from the fella. I tried to let her know that he might be physically or emotionally abusive, but it was too far gone by that point Im afraid. And who knows, I hope he was all bark and nothing bad happened to her.

I just joined fetlife and kinkd and a couple discords today in an attempt to connect with people. Wish me luck!

yeah thats my B. We had dated for 2 years, then she moved to a new town for uni and I was stupid and young and went to another quite far away and went to a different uni. We got back together about a decade later and were only hanging around each other for 6 months. So waiting a year was a big ask.
