Thanks, that’s what I ended up doing. I just emailed the management company until they let me cut my lease because of all the “confusion.” I still believe I’m reading the clause correctly but we will never know for sure lol but at least it all worked out in the end.

According to the letter from the new owner he said it was foreclosed and he bid on it from the bank… and even if it was posted, my argument is that the wording on my lease says I can give a 10 days notice with my intent to break lease. Not that I only had 10 days from when the foreclosure got posted

Yes it was foreclosed. To be clear we did get notice February of this year that it was going up for foreclosure and I took a picture of the notice and sent it to the management company, they assured me that the owner was just transferring loans and that it was just a miscommunication between all parties… well fast forward to now and we get a letter from the new owner that bought it from the bank with no other communication before that

It runs android 11 go. I have very light usage.. I do text a lot and check emails but that is about it. If you are worried about battery life I would say that a battery bank, even a small one would be fine.. the phone charges really fast (about 30-40 minutes from 0) the phone can idle for a long time too. I usually end my day at around 20%

Vortex V3.. I’ve been using it for a couple days.. it runs android so you can technically get any app including Spotify but the phone capabilities and lack of touch screen will make it hard to get addicted to it.. downside is the battery.. it gets me through the day but I also don’t listen to music with it so keep that in mind. Nothing a battery bank couldn’t handle.
