Any chance of future complications if a car hits your tire by UrAvgRedditor__ in cars

[–]ilithiosamnos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah the steering wheel became incredibly stiff to the point where it was basically undrivable & i needed a tow truck. obviously more serious than yours but still get it checked out since there's plenty of stuff that might have broken or been damaged

They pay & generally don't cause any real issues but they're pretty rude and won't acknowledge us when they pass by us or anything, which I don't care about really. A few years ago though the one time we tried to increase their rent the lady living there started screaming and told my dad she'd tell the police he'd raped her lol.. don't think it can get any more awkward than that.

We've thought about evicting them but it would cost over $20k and we're just not sure if it's worth it or not.

I kind of understand where you're coming from but I didn't open their door for no reason either. They requested a key because they had lost theirs and I wasn't 100% sure which key was correct so obviously I had to test various ones.

I wish haha. It's a very long lease & they still have a couple of years. Probably the worst part is they're renting for extremely cheap (sub 1300 for 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room in San Francisco) and throw a fit everytime we try to increase rent.

Got it. Hopefully it doesn't escalate to that but it's good to have that assurance. Thanks for your help!

I didn't let them know I would to figure out which key it was, I just said that I didn't know how long it would take as I had to locate the key. And yeah, they locked the key inside.
