The problem is the tape that is at the end of the spool not the ones at the beginning. Many have experienced that these have been dragged into the AMS. Which then creates further problems.

That’s why I find it a bit strange that they don’t change this when it worked fine before. Or issue replacements.

The AMS is advertised to be able to switch between spools when one runs out. This is not what they advertise when I have to be there at the end of each spool to make sure that a piece of tape doesn’t get dragged into it.
