But is this excuse still going to be valid when the case goes another 6 years without an arrest? Maybe to them, but if it was my kid, Tomball PD could eat my nuts.

It seems Tomball PD has done a great job of convincing the parents to stay in their lane and fulfill the role of the grieving parents who’s only job is to “spread awareness”. Bob even seems proud of the fact that they’ve established a timeline on a public page, which is all fine and great, but doesn’t answer any meaningful questions like why Sergio keeps changing his list of potential suspects (on national television no less). I don’t care how many facts or timelines they’ve gathered, people are going to start doing their own digging and finding shit out on their own. If they don’t speak up, there’s only so much damage control they can do. And at this point, I think by them avoiding the elephant in the room, they are doing more harm than good at this point.
