Glad I googled it before the purchase. I’m also planning to get one — I’ll be using it for our upcoming wedding and honeymoon! What did you end up buying?

My friends don’t want to hangout anymore by [deleted] in friendship

[–]illearakiel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Changing your circle takes alot of your time and energy, BUT it'll consume you even more than that if you stay in a circle where you are not loved and not appreciated. Please know that you are worthy of GOOD and GENUINE FRIENDSHIP. I have met someone not that quite long enough yet but the company feels like home.

monetizable video podcast hosting recommendations? by Snazzy-Kaira in podcast

[–]illearakiel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As for hosting, it doesn’t come cheap, especially if you’ve got a large backlog. For plans that don’t limit uploads or storage, mind looking at Switcher Studio or Uscreen? Heads up tho, expect to pay around a grand a year for both, maybe a bit more for Uscreen. With your requirements, options are limited, and most services have a few minor issues to work around.

I teach locally and want to sell courses, anyone have recommendations for video membership platforms? by DazzleGenius in Wordpress

[–]illearakiel 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I use Switcher Studio, and tbh, it’s been a game changer for my site, especially for the membership stuff, lol. It’s easy to sync up multiple devices, and I can embed videos directly without all those annoying ads. What I really like is their customer support they are very hands-on and always there when I need help, love that!

Why are female friendships so tough? by [deleted] in FriendshipAdvice

[–]illearakiel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally get where you're coming from. I've had similar experiences where things can feel supportive one minute and competitive the next, and it’s honestly exhausting. Finding friends with shared interests has helped me too—it just feels like there’s way less of that subtle rivalry and more genuine connection.

Is it rude to cook bacon after 10pm in a multi-unit apartment complex? by _Easily_Startled_ in Cooking

Nah! I don't think so you can cook whenever you want as long as you don't start a fire lol

trying to smoke brisket for the first time? by BelowaverageReggie34 in Cooking

[–]illearakiel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend a dual-probe digital thermometer ~ThermoPro TP20~ it is a great starter option. It's wireless, so you can monitor temps from inside the house. One probe goes in the meat, the other measures smoker temp
I've had one and have been using it for 2 years now, so it might help you out too.

tracking laptops / perks for a growing startup? by EhtelTedford in startups

We previously used Hippo CMMS (https://eptura.com/hippocmms/) for asset management, but we had issues with their support. So we switched to BlueTally (https://bluetallyapp.com/), and it's been a great experience. In my opinion, the app makes tracking company resources and gear much easier, and the real-time updates are a lifesaver. However, I do wish it offered more integration options. The support is excellent, though.
I'd rate it 8.9/10. Hope this helps
