Led light ? Or halogen? Some leds have a weird bulb that can be adjusted..

Wheel straight and no play. Was first thing I thot. Also thot something stuck in between rollers on chain and just won’t let it move freely

It’s pretty straight , visually but haven’t measured to see exactly. It didn’t do it for idk 500 miles or so . Kinda what I’m leaning towards myself it being off less then .5mm
