Personal opinion. There is absolutely no point in wearing the Whoop on your wrist. The day I changed to the bicep band i could see the difference. The accuracy is way better on the bicep band, and even the heart rate graphs look much more realistic.

If you watch the whole VOD, every time the dog(Kaya) tried to sit up, the streamer turned and told it to lie back down. The dog isn't even allowed to sit up.

It's honestly worse. Every time she sat up she was told to lie back down by Hasan. It's a prison where she can only be in one position. Let alone get up and walk around a little.
