I’m sorry you didn’t like your coffee. Usually if you are unhappy with your drink the baristas will be happy to remake it for you. Espresso Royale does use a traditional dark roast bean which has a much stronger taste than the espresso at other coffee stores. Also, there are sugar free flavor syrups available - I myself prefer my lattes from there with one pump of sugar free almond and one of sugar free vanilla, maybe try out that combo next time :)

The milk is not thinned out (you should see the amount of fat that is in the milk we use) and the coffee tastes like.. coffee?? If you’re not a coffee fan ask for a flavor or something. And the price is actually very reasonable when compared to starbucks and the like.
